Project Overview

The Wine Discovery Experience is designed to redefine how consumers explore and select wine through a personalized, multi-channel platform that blends digital interaction with in-store experiences. By leveraging machine learning and sensory science, the platform will guide users to discover wines that match their unique preferences, even when they lack the vocabulary to articulate them.

As UX Lead and Product Strategist for this personal project, I'm orchestrating the end-to-end development of this innovative system, which aims to significantly increase customer satisfaction and boost average purchase value. Once completed, the platform will transform how both novice explorers and experienced enthusiasts engage with wine selection.
